Tuesday 17 March 2009 1800 - 2100 hrs U-Zone, British Council (Siam Square) 1800 - 1930 hrs Dr Mike Adcock of Durham Law School, England, will be hosting a public lecture on Biotechnological Inventions and Patents. The lecture will include a brief overview of European patent law and an introduction to what can and cannot be patented in Europe, followed by case law and examples from biotechnology genetically modified plants, animals and parts of the human body.
